Key Responsibilities

• Provide thorough patient assessments to identify their therapeutic needs, establishing personalized care plans in coordination with the healthcare physician and patient care team.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions focused on achieving patients' goals, enhancing functional mobility, and re-establishing independence.
• Implement and monitor treatment strategies, making adjustments based on patient performance and feedback, ensuring compliance with established care protocols.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the therapeutic process, including the proper use of exercises and equipment relevant to the therapy program.
• Manage a diverse caseload while prioritizing patient interactions, coordinating daily therapy sessions, and ensuring seamless communication among all stakeholders involved in patient care.
• Document patient progress in accordance with healthcare regulations and professionalism, contributing to a collaborative effort in trackable patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits
