Company: 5 Star Roofing Company is a 30 year family owned business providing roof replacement, storm restoration, siding, and gutter services.
Position : Manager Trainee - We’re expanding our canvassing team and looking for energetic, motivated people who enjoy working with homeowners. Canvass neighborhoods, identify issues with roofs, gutters, and siding and schedule estimate appointments with homeowners. If qualified learn how to train, and manage canvassers.
Experience: No Experience Needed
Responsibilities
• Canvass neighborhoods identify issues with roofing, siding, and gutters
• Educate homeowners about issues affecting their property and available solutions
• Schedule free in-home inspections for our specialists - no selling!
Requirements
• Friendly outgoing with strong communication and people skills, previous experience supervising a PLUS
• Coachable, motivated, and open to feedback
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking
What We Offer
