This role focuses on analyzing service line performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing meaningful key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic and operational decision-making.ResponsibilitiesPartner with operational leaders to understand workflows, business objectives, and challengesAnalyze operational data across multiple service lines to evaluate performance, efficiency, and utilizationIdentify trends, limitations, and opportunities for improvement within service delivery models as well as the broader organizationDesign, develop, and maintain KPIs that align with organizational goals and service line strategiesEstablish standardized performance metrics and reporting frameworksMonitor KPI performance and provide actionable recommendations based on findingsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all reporting processesDevelop dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)Design clear, intuitive visualizations to enable translation of complex data for stakeholders at all levelsAutomate reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalabilityQualifications2–5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related roleExperience analyzing service line operations (healthcare or similar operational environments preferred)Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databasesAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)Knowledge of performance improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plusExperience with forecasting, capacity planning, or operational modeling is a plusBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.Clearances Required: Act 73 FBI, Act 34 Criminal Clearance, and Act 33 Child Abuse ClearanceBenefits SummaryMedical and Prescription insurance-Choice of two health plans and networksDental and Vision-Free coverage for team members.Paid Time Off (PTO) and HolidaysMedical, Bereavement, Educational, & Personal LeavesParental leave (birth & adoption) paid-6 weeks403b Retirement Plan – pre-tax & Roth options; employer match after 1 yearStudent Loan Refinancing ProgramPublic Service Loan Forgiveness Program – CI qualifies as non-profitEducation Assistance/Tuition ReimbursementProfessional Development/CEU'sLife and Short- & Long-Term Disability insuranceCredit UnionTeam Member Recognition EventsReferral bonusCPR-employer paidTravel mileage reimbursement at federal rateAre you looking for a position where you can make a lasting impact in the lives of children and their families?
