We ask that you will:
- Develop treatment plans and rehabilitation programs
- Collaborate with skilled nursing staff on care planning
- Conduct therapeutic interventions and exercise programs
- Assist with discharge planning

My Physical Therapist has been with us since 2009 and now wishes to retire :-(
We have an extremely talented, competent and well loved PTA who will work in collaboration with you. We are looking for a Physical therapist to conduct the initial PT eval and subsequent Re-Eval as needed. The position is part-time per visit, perfect for the Therapist who is looking for a relaxed paced work environment. Per vsit rate: $100.00 :-)
