CSA Services Operations Finance Analyst - NAM portfolio

Job Description Summary The CSA Services Operations Finance Analyst is responsible for closing and pacing activities for the HDGT CSA Business line to ensure timely and accurate financials. Areas of responsibility include project set up, performing contract margin reviews, pacing validation, monthly and quarterly closing activities, and account reconciliation. Roles and Responsibilities Manage all financial aspects of project accounting for HD Services CSA projects, including project setup, actuals booking, revenue recognition, manual journal entries, and reconciliations. Monthly and quarterly closing and reporting for the contracts assigned. Review and reconcile periodic balance sheet accounts related to projects and prepare and present balance sheet reviews as required. Perform Margin Review (CMR) and CONFIRM reconciliation. Download and prepare SONIC data as part of the pacing process. Monitor intercompany transactions related to projects and partner with the central IBS team to problem‑solve rejects and holds. Identify and execute on lean/AI projects with global impact on the CSA portfolio and partner with ERP finance on ERP deployments and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and contract terms. Required Qualifications BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent international degree. Prior experience in Finance and/or Operations. At least 2 years experience in a finance role (FMP, OFLP, or other internal GEV role). Benefits and Compensation Pay range: $96,100.00 to $160,100.00, with geographic differentials of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
