You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.28 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a retail distribution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and facility concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation. Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by communicating professionally with associates, contractors, and guests while helping to deter theft, trespassing, and other policy violations. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
