Sales Coordinator

Company Description YuMe Toys is an award winning global toy company specializing in licensed collectibles, plush, surprise capsules, figures, and innovative toy experiences. Working with some of the world's biggest entertainment and gaming brands, YuMe develops products for major retailers including Walmart, Target, Grocery Stores, Clubs, and specialty channels.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support Walmart and other retail business in Rogers, Arkansas. Job Description - Support Walmart and other retailer account management activities - Manage retailer systems, item setup, maintenance, and ongoing updates - Submit items in QMS - Coordinate with replenishment teams, operations, logistics, and overseas offices - Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasting files, and retailer documentation - Monitor inventory levels, replenishment flow, and item performance - Assist with modular updates, new item launches, and promotional tracking - Support buyer meetings, line reviews, and showroom preparation - Track samples, customer requests, and action items across departments - Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with retail partners - Assist the Sales Director with account analysis and business reporting Qualifications - Previous experience supporting Walmart is required - Strong working knowledge of Walmart systems is required: - Retail Link - Scintilla - Item 360 - QMS - NOVA - Supplier One - Replenishment experience is required - Experience managing item setup and retailer maintenance processes - Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast paced environment - Strong communication and follow up skills - Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Additional Information Why Join YuMe? - Fast-growing global toy company - Opportunity to work with major entertainment and gaming licenses - Exposure to Walmart and Sam's Club business leadership - Creative, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment - Career growth opportunities within sales and account management Videos To Watch
