HVAC Service Technician

This position includes a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 based on experience, with half paid after 90 days and the remaining half paid after one year of successful employment! Responsibilities Investigate problems and perform repairs on various mechanical and electrical equipment in heating, cooling, and ventilation systems Always maintain a high quality of service Think creatively on ways to enhance service and customer experience Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines Follow truck maintenance schedule and keep an organized and clean truck/workspace Must be able to read and understand wiring diagrams Qualifications A minimum of 3 years' work experience in HVAC service, maintenance, and/or repair CFCC Certification required Possess and maintain a valid NC driver's license Nate-certified preferred but not required Must be highly organized Availability to be in a non-call rotation for repair positions Excellent communication skills Able to work well on a team and independently Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and critical thinking skills Benefits 401(k) with company match Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Company paid life and long-term disability insurance Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience level.
