Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Sales Operations & Administrative Support Specialist to serve as a key partner to the Sales leadership team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and functions as a central operational hub for sales execution, inventory coordination, vendor communication, and cross-functional problem solving. The ideal candidate is a dependable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in being the "go-to" person who keeps people, processes, and priorities aligned.

Position Responsibilities:

• The sales support administrator will provide support to the sales teams
• Obtain purchase orders from Sales Rep (or produce a pro forma) and enter in NetSuite within 24 hours
• Assist sales team with follow-up including order confirmations and bookings
• Maintaining and updating customer profiles in Netsuites
• Monitor remaining contract balances upon order entry
• Follow all policies and procedures on safety, cleanliness and BRC/FDA
• Other duties as assigned by Manager or other management
