LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Executive Recruiter to join our growing Portland-area team in Tualatin. This isn’t a role where you simply wait for job orders to come your way. We’re looking for someone who gets excited about building relationships, developing new business, recruiting great talent, closing deals, and growing a book of business. As an Executive Recruiter, you’ll own the full recruiting and sales lifecycle, from identifying new client opportunities and developing relationships to recruiting top talent and closing successful placements. What You’ll Do Develop new business and build relationships with hiring leaders Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, candidate leads, and proactive outreach Grow existing client accounts and uncover additional hiring opportunities Recruit and engage high-caliber passive and active candidates Manage the full recruiting process from initial conversation through offer and placement Negotiate fee agreements and close business Build a strong network within your target market Become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates Develop expertise in your market, including hiring trends, talent availability, competitors, and compensation Drive direct-hire revenue and work toward individual production goals Who We’re Looking For Has a strong sales mindset and enjoys developing new business Is competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results Loves building relationships and growing a professional network Is comfortable prospecting and creating opportunities Enjoys the challenge of turning a new relationship into a long-term client Is resilient, curious, persuasive, and comfortable hearing "no" on the way to "yes" Wants their hard work and performance to have a direct impact on their earning potential Has experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or another relationship-driven environment Our Executive Recruiter profile calls for experience recruiting mid- to senior-level talent or relevant industry experience. Competitive Compensation & Earning Potential We believe strong producers should have the opportunity to be rewarded for their performance. We offer multiple compensation paths based on experience and proven production , including: Base salary + commission For experienced staffing and recruiting professionals with a proven track record of production, business development, and revenue generation , we also offer a draw compensation structure with higher commission earning potential Our commission model rewards production, creating additional upside as you grow your business. If you’ve already built a successful desk or book of business and are confident in your ability to develop clients, close business, and generate revenue , we want to talk to you. Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 152 hours per year. 10 Paid Holidays and 1 Community Service Day annually. Up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. Paid Sick Leave where applicable by state law.
