???? What You’ll Do:

• Manage and review tax engagements for a diverse client base, including individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, and trusts
• Research complex tax issues and deliver thoughtful, strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with clients and internal team members to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Mentor and lead junior team members, providing training, feedback, and performance guidance
• Participate in business development activities and client relationship management
• Stay current on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and maximize client value

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• CPA license required
• 5+ years of recent public accounting experience, with a focus in tax
• Strong technical tax knowledge and experience reviewing complex returns
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience with tax software and cloud-based platforms (e.g., ProSystem fx, UltraTax, or similar)
• A desire to grow within the firm and help shape its future
