The Opportunity:We are seeking an accomplished Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field execution on large-scale, mission-critical data center projects throughout Texas.

This is a senior field leadership role for someone who knows how to take control of complex electrical scopes, organize manpower, drive production, coordinate multiple trades, and maintain exceptional standards for safety, quality, and schedule.

You will serve as one of the key leaders on site, working directly with project management, engineering, trade partners, commissioning teams, and senior operations leadership to turn complex plans into successful field execution.

This role is built for a Superintendent who wants more than another assignment. You will have the authority to lead, the resources to execute, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on some of the most technically advanced construction projects in the market.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all field operations for large-scale electrical construction projects from mobilization through commissioning and closeout.
• Take full ownership of field execution, including safety, productivity, manpower, sequencing, quality, logistics, and schedule performance.
• Direct General Foremen, Foremen, field crews, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term field plans aligned with the overall project schedule.
• Coordinate manpower levels, crew assignments, work areas, materials, tools, equipment, and site logistics.
• Review drawings, specifications, BIM coordination documents, submittals, and installation details before work begins.
• Identify constructability issues, field conflicts, and schedule risks early and work with project leadership to resolve them.
• Drive daily and weekly production goals while monitoring labor efficiency and installed quantities.
• Conduct field planning meetings, coordination meetings, toolbox discussions, and manpower reviews.
• Maintain accurate field reporting, progress tracking, look-ahead schedules, and installation documentation.

What Sets You Apart:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive electrical construction field leadership experience .
• Proven success as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on electrical projects valued at $20 million or more .
• Significant experience delivering large-scale data center, mission-critical, advanced technology, industrial, or complex commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution, emergency power, generators, UPS systems, switchgear, controls, grounding, low-voltage systems, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with project management, design teams, clients, and trade partners.
• A leadership style that creates accountability while developing strong Foremen and future field leaders.
• Willingness to work from active project sites throughout Texas and the country

Experience with one or more of the following platforms is highly valued:

• Procore
• Bluebeam
• Autodesk Construction Cloud

Field Requirements

• Ability to work safely within active construction environments.
• Ability to navigate multilevel jobsites, including stairs, ladders, and elevated work areas.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions throughout different stages of construction.
• Ability to regularly walk large project sites and inspect active work areas.
• Ability to read construction documents and visualize complex two- and three-dimensional installation details.
• Ability to travel or relocate within Texas based on project requirements.
