As a Security Officer Access Control Driver in Beatrice, NE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, support badge access procedures, monitor activity, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Conduct routine patrols and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents while supporting a secure environment. This driving position values teamwork, integrity, reliability, and a caring, people-first culture.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, manage visitor and contractor sign-in processes, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Control access to manufacturing and industrial areas, shipping and receiving locations, and other restricted spaces in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
