Job Description

NOW HIRING: CONTRACTING SPECIALIST

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Contracting Specialist to join our team!

What You’ll Do

Prepare, review, and manage contracts and related documentation
Coordinate with vendors, clients, contractors, and internal teams
Track contract deadlines, renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements
Maintain accurate records and contract files
Assist with negotiations, pricing, and contract terms
Ensure contracts are completed accurately and on schedule
Support day-to-day administrative and contracting activities

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines
Strong computer and document-management skills
Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
Previous contracting, procurement, administrative, or related experience preferred
