- Provide direct patient care in a correctional setting
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and provide treatments
- Respond to medical emergencies as needed
- Document all care accurately and in compliance with facility standards
- Collaborate with correctional staff and healthcare team members
- Active RN license (Illinois or compact)
- Experience in correctional, emergency, psychiatric, or acute care preferred
- Ability to work independently in a secure setting
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
