Mold Remediation Technician

Job Description

*** Must Interview in Person ***

Job Description:

Remove mold growth and restore affected areas to safe/clean condition
Set up containment and air filtration
Remove damaged materials
Clean and treat structures
Take moisture readings and find water source
Monitor drying equipment
Protect unaffected areas
Dispose of waste according to company procedure

Qualifications:

Reliable, punctual and comfortable working with customers
Experience with documentation and remediation procedures
Able to wear Respiratory Protection and PPE
Able to lift and move 50 pounds regularly
Work in heat and humidity including sealed containment
Follow company safety protocol

Starting Pay: $25 per hour

Location: Kailua Kona

** WEEKLY PAY ** Health Insurance ** Paid Holidays **

** $200 Referral Bonus (w/ 80hrs worked) **

** Every 1,560hrs worked you will receive 40hrs BONUS **
