You will need to know and be proficient as a server/bartender for theater patrons of the Broadway Theater Center as you will also do thos duties in conjunction with your job as shift manager. You will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, environment to deliver the best dining experience to our guests by: Taking orders in a timely manner for the captive theater-goer audience be able to cashier, close out tabs on POS system Engaging in friendly conversation - many regulars Making simple drinks and pour wines occasional party set up Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest, washing glassware Schedule is typically Wednesday thru Sunday and seasonal. Wednesday day shifts are available, schedule for the entire season is available. Perfect for someone who wants extra income or second job and not work ever week.
