Retail Loss Prevention Lead

House of Sport, an experiential DICK’S Sporting Goods concept, is seeking a Retail Loss Prevention Lead to protect assets while supporting an engaging, sports-focused environment. In this role, you will lead daily loss prevention operations, monitor surveillance, investigate shrink, and ensure safety standards on the sales floor, playing fields, and experience areas. You will partner with store leadership to train teammates on theft awareness, safety protocols, and incident response, while balancing strong customer service and our inclusive, community-driven culture.
