Superintendent

Insituform Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent who is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers on an assigned pipe rehabilitation crew.Responsibilities:Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety policies and regulations to promote a safe working environment.Verify that all construction activities are performed as planned.Communicate with project management and operations teams.Ensure all field activities are performed following written work instructions.Report time and production for the crew in preparation of work schedules and expediting workflow.Account for hours expended by crew members to minimize labor cost.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent.Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) experience is preferred.5+ years supervisory experience.Current Class A or Class B CDL preferred. Must be eligible to obtain CDL.More than 3 years heavy construction experience and the ability to operate machinery.Strong mechanical background required.Strong electrical background and knowledge of traffic plans highly desired.Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with sub-contractors, field inspectors, project managers, crews, etc.Must be highly organized with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.Approximately 90% overnight travel, including some weekends.Physical Requirements:Walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, crouch, bend, reach, kneel, crawl, and stretchUse of hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; talk and hear without visual cues.Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs.Ability to wear respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces.We offer a competitive salary, quarterly incentive plan, company truck plus career growth opportunities and a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision Insurance, prescription drug coverage, annual bonus potential, 401k matching, tuition assistance, overtime pay, paid time off, and much more.Insituform Technologies, LLC, a subsidiary of Aegion Corporation, is a leading worldwide provider of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and other technologies and services for the rehabilitation of pipeline systems.
