RJK Roofing Solutions Job OpportunityPosition OverviewRole - Pay RateLaborer - $18–$20 per hourRoofer - $26–$32 per hourOpportunity Type: Direct Hire, Long TermLanguage Requirement: English not requiredSchedule & HoursMonday to Friday7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.40 hours per weekOvertime availableOccasional weekend work may be requiredResponsibilitiesInstall and repair commercial roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roofs.Remove existing roofing materials, replace damaged decking, and install insulation and waterproof layers.Apply asphalt, bitumen, sealants, coatings, vapor barriers, and other roofing materials.Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, setting up equipment, and organizing work areas.Inspect roofs to identify issues and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions.Measure roof areas and cut materials to fit around vents, walls, edges, and penetrations.Operate hand and power tools, and assist with lifts or forklifts when required.Follow all OSHA safety regulations, use PPE properly, and maintain a safe work environment at heights.Communicate job progress and report roof conditions or recommendations as needed.Skills & QualificationsProven experience with commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, or similar).Strong understanding of roofing materials, installation methods, and repair techniques.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.Physically able to lift heavy materials, climb, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Strong safety awareness and adherence to job site procedures.Reliable, professional, and able to communicate effectively as part of a team.Laborer RequirementsPrevious construction experience preferredAbility to perform physical labor and lift materialsComfortable working at heightsWillingness to learn and work as part of a teamReliable attendance and strong work ethicWork Location3280 Clark Rd.
