Job Summary Lead the charge in delivering seamless, high-impact operations. The Director of Operations will oversee and optimize all venue operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, financial performance, and operational excellence. This role will drive strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and elevate the overall guest and client experience. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field 5+ years of operations management experience in hospitality, food service, or large-scale venue management Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting Experience with inventory management systems and operational software Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations (ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred) Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across all service areas Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Lead hiring, training, and workforce planning initiatives Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet event expectations Curious about Life at Levy?
