Discovery Land Company is seeking an HR Generalist for The Madison Club in La Quinta, CA. The role focuses on HR operations, onboarding, payroll support, benefits inquiries, and employee relations in a luxury hospitality setting. You will maintain HRIS data, manage recruitment workflows, and assist with employee engagement initiatives while collaborating with the Senior HR Manager and GM.
