Amangiri invites you to join our team in the breathtaking destination of Amangiri, located in Canyon Point, Utah. This hands-on leadership role is vital in ensuring our Bellman/Driver team provides seamless, attentive, and exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for overseeing the transportation, luggage, and excursion services, ensuring a flawless guest experience from arrival to departure. This position reports directly to the Front Office Manager and is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about luxury service in a unique environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of 15-25 Bellman/Driver staff, ensuring high service standards.
• Exceed guest expectations by maintaining a positive image of the resort and providing exceptional service.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure, opening car doors and assisting with luggage.
• Communicate efficiently with the Front Office and other departments, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Oversee front steps traffic and assist outside guests with their needs.
• Provide timely airport pick-up and drop-off services, ensuring smooth transfers and up-to-date guest information.
• Drive guests in a safe and responsible manner, maintaining a professional image.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean, in working order, and properly stocked with necessary amenities.
• Assist guests with their itineraries and excursions, providing detailed local area knowledge.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid and current driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a deep knowledge of the local area.
• Ability to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A hands-on leader with the ability to supervise a team of 15-25 staff members.
• Highly physical role requiring sustained standing, walking, bending, and lifting of heavy loads.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow).
