Business Analyst

Supporting an Agile team, the long-term contract Business Analyst will translate business and system needs into clear requirements and documentation while working remotely with stakeholders and development teams. Key responsibilities Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders Facilitate discussions to clarify project scope and priorities, and support backlog refinement and sprint planning Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and process flows Required qualifications Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance Minimum of four years of Business Analyst experience in Agile software development or technology implementation Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree Strong understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle and project management practices Experience using Jira and Confluence for Agile delivery and documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr
