Lead Business Systems Analyst - HybridGenesis10 is currently seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst - Hybrid for a contract position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH; Tupelo, MS; Minneapolis, MN; or Dallas, TX. This is a 3+ month contract opportunity. Compensation: $60.00 - $78.00 per hour.In this role, you will be part of a team working to develop solutions enabling the business to leverage data as an asset. As a Lead Business Systems Analyst, you will work with the business to understand their needs, document technical requirements, and build and manage the product backlog. Key technologies include Snowflake, DataStage, Python/PySpark, Infogix, and Tableau.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a liaison and knowledge source with stakeholders, product owner, and team membersWork in an Agile environment and be expected to take requirements and effectively develop Features and User Stories with the teamWork with the Agile team, Product Owner, and business stakeholders to facilitate and gather requirements, including documenting the source-to-target data mappingsWork with Product Owner and other SMEs to refine Epics which triggers creation of Features and User StoriesFacilitate backlog refinement sessions to refine user story details, acceptance criteria, and establish story points with team membersParticipate in the identification, quantification, and mitigation of project risks and issuesResponsible for working with the Application BSAs to identify and escalate impediments to completing the requirements to the Scrum MasterPrimary Requirements:Bachelor's Degree7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a Data Warehouse environment3+ years of experience using SQL to create ad-hoc queries and analyze data5+ years of experience with Snowflake or AWS S3Experience leading other BSAs on a project teamDesired Skills:5+ years of experience in the financial services (banking) industry5+ years of experience in data modeling activities in Erwin or other modeling tools5+ years of experience with enterprise data warehousing best practices and standards5+ years of experience in data mapping experience creating source-to-target mappingsHighly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
