If you are a Senior Project Manager in Burnsville, Bismarck, Minneapolis, Rochester or Fargo that aligns with our values, we would love for you to continue reading and apply.What You Will Do:Collaborate with other groups / disciplines within the company to deliver top quality projects and unparalleled service to our clientsParticipate in client meetings presenting concepts and task summariesPrepare preliminary design layouts and final design plans and specification on large and complex transportation projectsCompile, write, and edit documents for design-build projectsAssist with proposals, project budgets and schedules as well as have public involvement with the State, Counties, and Cities Oversee the work of PEs, EITs and TechniciansLead project design and coordinationWhat You Will Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar degree from an accredited school and five or more years of related experienceMinnesota or North Dakota PE license or the ability to obtain a Minnesota or North Dakota PE license within six months is also requiredValid driver's license and a clean driving record is requiredExperience with design software such as MicroStation is requiredStrong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, strong client relationship and a strong work ethic.
