Position Highlights: We are rapidly expanding our US team and are seeking a successful, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Senior Recruiter. As a key player in our Company, you will play an important role in the growth and success of PRODIRECT Dental Lab. We are looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent to meet our organizational needs. Office Based: 160 Chubb Ave, Suite 304, Key Responsibilities: This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, utilizing various methods to identify potential candidates and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The Senior Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct cold calling to engage potential candidates and promote job opportunities. Perform thorough research to identify suitable candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, networking events and job events. Develop relationship with local colleges to attend job fairs. Develop and update job requirements. Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process. Assist in succession planning by identifying high-potential employees within the organization for future leadership roles. Conduct employee reviews.
