The company has built a reputation for responsiveness, craftsmanship, and repeat business throughout the region.This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional seeking autonomy, visibility, and long-term growth within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.About the PositionThe Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of commercial interior and tenant upfit projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role will manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, design teams, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.The ideal candidate will have experience managing interior renovation projects and be comfortable operating in occupied or fast-track environments. Medical construction experience or exposure to high-end interior finishes is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of assigned projects from kickoff through completionDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reportingCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teamsOversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activitiesMaintain strong communication with clients, architects, and field staffEnsure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule expectationsConduct project meetings and maintain accurate documentationSupport business development efforts through strong client relationships and repeat work opportunitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredExperience managing commercial interior or tenant upfit projectsMedical construction experience strongly preferredHigh-end interior or corporate renovation experience is a plusStrong understanding of commercial construction processes and project controlsExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office SuiteBenefitsCompetitive base salary: $110,000 – $120,000Performance-based bonus opportunityVehicle allowance/company vehicleComprehensive benefits packagePaid time off and company holidaysStable pipeline of repeat businessGrowth opportunities within a respected regional contractorCollaborative and team-oriented company culture
