Job Description

A production welder performs basic metal joining and assembly work to build heavy-duty industrial and pipeline cleaning brushes, such as the Razorback line, used in the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic metal joining and assembly work.
• Build heavy-duty industrial and pipeline cleaning brushes.
• Conduct on-site weld tests, focusing on simple weld bead horizontal.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
• Experience in welding, fabrication, and fitting.
• Ability to perform steel set-ups.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a fabricator.
• Familiarity with production environments.

Work Environment

Work in an industrial setting focused on building patented industrial pencil brushes and pipeline cleaning tools for the oil and gas sector. The workplace is known for being stable and low-stress, providing a positive manufacturing environment. First shift hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Avoca, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
