Total Compensation: $70,000–$90,000+ annually (base salary + commission) What we’re looking for:

• 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and

holidays. * 2+ years of retail leadership experience, with wireless or technology experience preferred. * Ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams while driving performance and achieving sales goals. Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Leadership experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic

environment. * Actively building community presence by promoting the store, engaging with local organizations, and creating positive visibility for the location. * Creating a culture focused on exceeding customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and consistently going above and beyond.
