We are looking for someone with a proven track record and desire to grow within our organization./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliFirst point of contact for customers/liliGreet and welcome customers/liliSet tone for a positive customer experience/liliCheck in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team member(s)/liliCoordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls/liliTrack incoming sales calls in our CRM/liliMaintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success every day/liliAssist customers with any questions directed to the reception desk/liliOther duties, functions and responsibilities may be assigned to the position as appropriate and necessary/li/ulpWhat Youll Need to Have for the Role:/pulliHigh School education or equivalent/liliPrevious experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred/liliExcellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills/liliStrong ability to take initiative, coupled with leadership skills and the ability to take charge of a situation/liliStrong sense of personal responsibility and reliability, with the desire to work as an integral member of a team/liliStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask/liliAbility to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base Computer skills: MS Office/liliMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices/li/ulpGeneral Compensation Disclosure/ppThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
