Manager in Training / Management Trainee Role Summary:
The Manager in Training (MIT) / Management Trainee program is an entry level vital stepping stone within our organization, with most of our store manager and leaders starting as MITs. The MIT role emphasizes the importance of actively performing job duties to become proficient in all aspects of the business (see the Physical Requirements section).

Training provided and you will be cross trained in all aspects of store management and operations.
* This is an in-person job and only available physically at the specified location.
* You must be over the age of 21 to be considered for this position.

Principal Responsibilities:
* Train to become proficient in all aspects of the business
* Acquire and maintain customers
* Drive store sales
* Manage customer accounts
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Perform in-home delivery and setup
* Handle inventory management
* Account management and collection
* Retail sales and customer service
* Meet and exceed target sales and profit goals Requirements/Responsibilities

* Must meet eligibility requirements to operate a company vehicle (including age and driving record requirements)
* This is an in-person position; remote work is not available
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to lift, load, and move merchandise with the use of equipment (items may weigh up to 300 lbs with assistance)
* Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting
* Ability to navigate stairs while handling furniture, appliances, and electronics
* Comfortable with extended periods of standing and driving
* Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions
