Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights), providing actionable recommendations. Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal allocation of resources. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the Arts & Entertainment sector. Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Foster and grow online communities around our client's artistic offerings and brands. Requirements Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a significant focus on strategy development and execution within the Arts & Entertainment or related industries. Proven track record of success in developing and managing data-driven digital marketing campaigns that have achieved measurable results. Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and programmatic advertising. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling marketing copy. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
