Customer Service Representative We are now seeking a Customer Service Representative. Experience in customer service. Service oriented and able to resolve customer grievances Detailed oriented, skilled with telephones, scheduling appointments and take pride in accuracy as a signature of your work Skilled in delivering your work timely with a positive and encouraging presence to customers and co-workers Consider yourself a team player that can work with other team members providing support in taking care of our customer requests in maintaining and servicing their hvac systems First shift with various schedules available(7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm) Mon-Fri, or Tues- Sat, or Wed-Sun Previous call-center experience preferred HVAC experience a plus!
