Front Desk Coordinator - Washington, MO

Job Overview Part‑time position – flexible 15‑25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Competitive pay $15‑$20 per hour plus bonus potential. We are looking for a goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and proactive individual with a passion for health and wellness and a love of sales to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic. Provide world‑class service to patients and help grow our clinics. Qualifications & Skills Driven to climb the company ladder. Possess a winning attitude. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Strong phone and computer skills. At least one year of previous sales experience. Experience with administrative multitasking, professionalism, organizational skills, high‑level customer service and communication capabilities. Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks. Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with members and patients. Experience in marketing or sales is preferred as the role supports 3 clinics, mainly Brentwood and Washington. Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Essential Responsibilities Provide excellent services to members and patients. Gain memberships to meet sales goals. Greet members and patients upon arrival and check them in for the chiropractor. Answer phone calls and re‑engage inactive members. Stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions. Recognize and support team goals, creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members. Maintain clinic cleanliness and workspace organization. Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages. Report member concerns to management and follow policies, procedures and direction. Show willingness to learn and grow, accepting constructive criticism positively. Strong office management or marketing experience is a plus.
