If so, Outdoor Living Products is looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team.

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Outside Sales team, assisting customers, preparing quotes and orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and contributing to a growing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with an assigned Outside Sales Representative to support customer accounts and sales activities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare accurate quotes, sales orders, and related documentation.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotes, and sales opportunities.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Communicate effectively with purchasing, operations, dispatch, receiving, and management to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
• Inform customers of new products, promotions, and company programs.
• Help generate sales opportunities through inbound inquiries, referrals, marketing efforts, and customer follow-up.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and communicate issues to management when necessary.
• Support company sales initiatives and customer retention efforts.
• Attend training sessions, vendor presentations, and company meetings to expand product knowledge.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Experience in building materials, lumber, outdoor living products, construction materials, wholesale distribution, or related industries is preferred but not required.
