Location: Hybrid in Okatie, South Carolina

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a licensed (or provisionally licensed) Clinical Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid work while serving a diverse client population—including children, adolescents, adults, and families.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide clinical counseling sessions to individuals, couples, or groups, as scheduled
• Maintain active communication with clients and referral sources, responding within 24 hours
• Use evidence-based practices tailored to client goals and diagnoses
• Coordinate care with other providers (PCPs, psychiatrists, schools, etc.) when needed
• Complete documentation (intakes, progress notes, treatment plans, etc.) by Friday each week
• Attend staff meetings and participate in training and case consultation
• Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards aligned with your licensure and the practice
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or psychology
• Active (or provisional) license in South Carolina: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD
• Available to maintain a caseload of at least 20 client sessions per week
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and communication abilities
• Self-starter who values teamwork and accountability
• Passionate about your area(s) of expertise—whether that’s trauma, teens, anxiety, grief, etc.
