We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Production Operator to join our metal finishing team. This role supports plating and anodizing operations for aerospace and high-spec manufacturing.

• First shift
• Flexible start/end times available
• Overtime frequently available

Responsibilities:

• Operate and support electrochemical processing lines (nickel, cadmium, and related processes)
• Load/unload parts and move work through multiple plating lines
• Monitor chemical baths, equipment, and process parameters
• Verify work meets customer specifications and internal requirements
• Track and record production activity and job status
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a metal finishing, plating, or manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience working with multiple plating lines (nickel, cadmium, etc.) is a strong plus
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to accurately complete required paperwork and production records
• Basic familiarity with measuring tools (micrometers, XRF) is a plus, but can be trained
