Job Details Field Technician (CCTV Security Systems) at a global technology company based in Canton, MA. Salary: $30 - $50 per hour. Permanent, full‑time position. Troubleshoot and repair system and network issues to minimize downtime. Implement IP addressing and subnetting strategies to optimize network performance. Design and manage IP video network transmission systems. Inspect and test security systems regularly to identify and address vulnerabilities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement security strategies. Stay up to date with industry trends and recommend system improvements. Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and clients. Comply with all relevant safety and regulatory standards. Basic Qualifications 1+ year of experience installing and/or maintaining large‑scale integrated security systems. Understanding of network components and workstation/server OS management. Ability to work in varied environments, including climbing ladders, using scaffolds, and working around mechanical equipment and in diverse conditions; capable of handling up to 50 lbs of equipment. Minimum age of 18 and a valid driver’s license with limited violations. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma. 3+ years of experience installing and/or maintaining large‑scale integrated security systems. Massachusetts Class D Electrical License.
