Global Freight & Logistics Shipping Manager We are seeking an experienced Global Freight & Logistics Shipping Manager to oversee the supply chain for our racing and festival event apparel operations. The position is on‑site in Henderson, NV, 4‑5 days per week. Role Summary The Global Freight & Logistics Shipping Manager manages transportation, warehouse operations, inventory management, import/export processes, purchasing, production planning, and customer service for global apparel shipments. The role requires coordination with suppliers, customs agents, freight forwarders, and internal cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time and cost‑effective delivery. Responsibilities Manage supplier relationships and performance, including dispute resolution and periodic business reviews. Lead cross‑functional teams to manage project timelines using action trackers, Gantt charts, and program management tools. Communicate key supply, cost, and quality issues and develop corrective action plans. Plan transportation and distribution routes. Partner with customs and freight forwarders to document and move freight to 22 countries. Create and optimize import and export processes. Direct fleets and analyze freight budgets and billing. Process inbound and outbound shipments and supervise warehouse functions. Develop optimal receipt, dispatch, and storage procedures; track and trace orders. Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members. Lead special projects and initiatives as required. Qualifications 5+ years of global logistics management experience. Experience with freight forwarding companies and global product shipping costing in EU, APAC, and Middle East. Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation. Proven ability to optimize logistics and supply chain processes. Excellent collaboration, analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills. Proficient in logistics software and IT systems. Motivated with an “Everything is possible” attitude. Strong interpersonal communication and professional demeanor. Valid U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship required. Work Environment Must tolerate loud noise and busy environments. Work may involve drastic temperature climates. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
