We're Hiring: Adult Day Activity Aide
Location: St Louis Type: Full-Time | Join a team that puts people first !
Are you an energetic, creative soul who loves bringing joy to others? Do you have a heart for adults with special needs and older adults? We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving Activity Aide to bring fun, connection, and purpose to each day!
What You'll Do:
Plan and lead engaging activities – from arts & crafts to music, games, fitness, and more
Get people involved! Use your charisma to encourage participation and spark joy
Foster socialization and build positive relationships with participants
Work closely with team members to tailor activities that support cognitive, physical, and emotional wellness
Capture memories and help document moments that matter.

✅ Able to take initiative and lead a team
Qualifications:
- Experience with adults with special needs, elderly care, or recreational programming is a big plus
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must pass background checks
