What We Look For: A passion for infrastructure and improving the built environment A team-first attitude and collaborative mindset Creative problem-solving and engineering innovation Strong communication and organizational skills A desire to grow and learn within a supportive, mission-driven team Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline EIT or PE license (or on track to obtain) Experience with infrastructure projects (DOT, municipal, federal, etc.) Familiarity with engineering software such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or structural analysis tools Military veterans are highly encouraged to apply Why Orion?
