Public Health Nurse: Diabetes Prevention & Education

Kentucky Public Health

Kentucky Public Health is seeking a full-time Public Health Nurse to enhance diabetes prevention initiatives across Kentucky. The role collaborates with health department staff and community partners, providing education and support for individuals at risk of diabetes. The ideal candidate will have an RN license, with a focus on community outreach and implementation of evidence-based education programs.
