Registered Nurse – Case Manager
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse – Case Manager to support the Trainee Health Squadron at Reid Medical Clinic.

Position Highlights
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No nights, weekends, or federal holidays
- Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits

Position Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited program
- Current, unrestricted RN license meeting Texas requirements
- 3 years of RN Case Management experience within the last 4 years
- Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross; hands-on training)
- Case Management certification such as CCM, CDMS, CRRN, COHN, RN-NCM, or another PWS-approved certification
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate individualized patient care and treatment plans
- Manage referrals, follow-up care, and continuity of services
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources
- Educate patients and families on treatment and wellness
