Apartment Maintenance Lead

AOG Living in Houston, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help manage property upkeep, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare apartments for move-in. You will respond to work orders, repair appliances, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical issues, and assist with grounds and pool duties as needed.
