Job Title: Contract Specialist

Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay Rate: $18 - $25/hr

Duration: 1+ Month Contract
ONSITE
Summary:

This role involves reviewing paper contracts for contract type, category, start and end dates, and other metadata.
Contracts will need to be digitized and uploaded to our contract management tool.
Training will be provided on the process and whether the contract is digitized or purged.
SOPs are available to follow, and training on the end-to-end process will be provided.

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED
Data entry experience
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of contract types and processes is a must

Preferred Skills:

High level of professionalism
Strong people skills
Experience in multi-tasking
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
