About the Role
Support meaningful, individualized therapy for students - helping them develop the skills they need to succeed in school and life. Working under the supervision of a licensed OT, you'll assist with treatment programs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain documentation to ensure student progress is tracked and celebrated. This role combines hands-on clinical support with compassionate connection and teamwork.

What You'll Do
* Assist in delivering individualized treatment programs for students based on their IEPs or medical plans
* Collaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary team to implement goals and accommodations
* Support and follow guidance from the supervising OT for therapy sessions and interventions
* Conduct data collection and assist with initial and ongoing assessments
* Help complete annual and triennial reviews under OT supervision
* Maintain thorough, timely documentation and provide progress updates to the OT and team
What We're Looking For
Required:
* Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
* IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Preferred:
* Experience in school or pediatric clinical settings with children facing learning or social-emotional challenges
* Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and behavior interventions
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data documentation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based, mission-driven environment
