About the team: The Walmart Global Design Homepage, Navigation, and Events team shapes the architecture of Walmart’s website and mobile app, managing some of the highest-traffic areas of the Walmart digital experience. This team crafts engaging homepage experiences that highlight top products, events, and value, guiding customers through their shopping journeys. They develop tailored solutions for major holidays and shopping events to attract and retain customers. Collaborating across functions, the team applies user-centered design, prototyping, and usability testing to enhance consumer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring a seamless and effective retail experience.
