Our in-house rehab program is built on collaboration, clinical excellence, and a commitment to patient-centered care. As Director, you'll have the support and autonomy to lead effectively, inspire your team, and drive outstanding outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Be responsible for treating patients.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of therapy professionals
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and clinical excellence
• Oversee daily rehab operations including staffing, scheduling, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized care plans
• Support program development, quality initiatives, and community engagement
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and facility staff

What You Bring:

• Active PTA, COTA, SLP, PT, or OT license in good standing
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
• Solid clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
• Strong communication, organization, and team-building abilities
• Experience in skilled nursing preferred; knowledge of reimbursement systems a plus
