BLENDER OPERATOR

KENT Worldwide™ is proud to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Consumer Brands division as a Blender Operator . In this vital role, you'll be responsible for executing mixing operations in the blending room, adhering to the daily blend schedule, and meeting production goals while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure product consistency and support efficient manufacturing processes across our facility.

• The compensation range for this role is $18 to $20 an hour, in addition to KENT standard benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k). Final compensation is subject to variation based on the candidate's skills, job responsibilities, location and other pertinent factors.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reads schedule/work order sheets (formulas) and confirms raw material ingredients and lot numbers of all raw materials
• Inspects the quality and integrity of all raw materials used. Stops all production if there are issues regarding material quality.
• Reads and understands formulas and mixing instructions and follows sequence, screening and mix time requirements
• Measures/weighs raw materials and counts accurately
• Safely cleans and sanitizes blending equipment following defined procedures for cleaning and sanitizing
• Maintains neat and accurate daily production records
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work area
• Safely stacks bags on pallet
• Ensures blending rooms are kept clean and organized

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds including above head and below the waist for 50% or more of shift.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
